Nootsara Tomkom (Thai: นุศรา ต้อมคำ; RTGS: Nutsara Tomkham) is a Thai volleyball player. She has been selected to play for the Thailand women's national volleyball team for 39 times.

I never use the words "the best" when describing players because it's subjective, but Nootsara has to be considered as one of the best setters to ever play that position. The quickness of her release, precision setting, defensive ability and her ability to read the court puts her in the top 5. Also, again subjective, the most beautiful setter.
