Burgundy! I have burgundy boots in my list. ❤All of these trends have been my go to for the last 10 years but now that l am older I want to change things up a bit by elevating the same style just with different pieces… and more color. So until I find that way of styling I will stick to these - my faves ❤I’m with you in the cottage core- I’ll be wearing it in spring for sure! Amazing video!
Thank you for a very thorough trend update. Also thank you so much for speaking up against buying new fur and recommending faux fur or vintage/previously used. ❤
@@lilyaki are you vegan? If you are not you are killing 1 or 2 animals daily for consumption. I choose to eat a plant based diet for the environment, but non leather items have a very short lifespan and contaminate our planet. Plus Leather comes from livestock, I’m not creating an impact on animals by getting 3-4 leather pieces a year.
For me, just vintage. Just got a beautiful Gunne Sax dress I’m so excited about. I wear something vintage from the sixties through the eighties every day. I would like to get into the forties as well, but it is hard to find wearable pieces in my size that aren’t too fragile. I have a lot of vintage items that are ‘trending’. My crowning jewels in my wardrobe are my vintage coats, two leather trenches, one green the other burgundy, and a Penny Lane Afghan coat. Also love my 70s fur hats.
Just saw the thumbnail and I'm already excited 😁😁 the blazer is giving, 'she means business and I'm here for it' Let me go watch now, would be back with my favourite trend 😊
I like capri pants! :) Yes, it's not for everyone, but I think it looks really interesting with a blazer. At least it's more interesting than bicycle pants . I don't wear shorts, as I don't like the way they look on me right now. However, I think I will try capri pants this summer. They are in some ways even more elegant than shorts. We'll see!
I think people would move away slightly from the more simplistic form of quiet luxury and move more towards the more maximalist version of it so bolder jewellery and makeup and fur and all that. I mean they've bought all the staples last year, I think this year would be to add a little more spice to the wardrobe 😊
Hi, i love your styling videos, and all the pictures you provide so we can get inspired. That being said there is no prediction on this video, you are talking all about stuff that are already trending and you think will continue to be trendy, so its a bit confusing. Maybe you could call it trends to wear now! Anyway hope you dont take it bad, i still enjoyed it!
Predictions can be made by looking at the runway and past trends, nobody knows what new trends will surface this year, it’s impossible. I mentioned new trends like leather, dark brown, pointed sandals, cigarette jeans, etc. Other people word it differently but I like to mention were the trend is coming from. Hope that clears it out 🥰❤️
@@pennnyy it’s a bit different tho. Leather comes from the livestock, the animals are already getting killed for their meat, plus leather lasts much longer then faux leather which is mostly plastic and contaminates really badly the planet. I personally buy between 4-6 pieces a year of leather which does not make a difference in livestock. Eating a plant based diet on the other hand does, that is why I eat a plant based diet.
So unless you’re completely vegan, makes much more sense to shop real leather pieces that will last longer and contaminate less. And if you want to take the more animal friendly route, thrift the leather that is going to waste at the thrift stores.
17:44 Skinny jeans are not trending but are classic and will never be out of fashion. They look amazing. Like if you agree

Vintage is super trendy
9:13 depends on the brand. Some they kill for fashion others use food grade kill (left overs per se)

Which trend are you most excited for? For me is probably the cottage core ❤

That’s exactly how fashion works, and as I said Im not a witch. Nobody knows what new trends will surface this year
And I also mentioned new trends like the rich brown, cigarette jeans, triangle sandals, etc
It is a prediction. It's predicting that a trend is gonna stay.

Can’t drive in pointed toe shoes.
Lol me neither I usually keep a pair of sneakers in my car to change 🥰
Denim we have been have had for 20 years. Boring. No thanks.
Please don’t buy real leather!!! Animals suffering for us is NOT OKAY!
Are you vegan?
here’s my question, if real leather already exists why not ? (& this applies to real fur too)
Leather is a by product of the meat industry. It would be wasteful not to buy it and it also lasts forever. Fake leather is trash.
@@pennnyy it’s a bit different tho.
