Is it recommended to install my new pavers first and then the square base pieces on top of the pavers? Is it safe to drill through the pavers and into the concrete slab?
@ thank you for the response… My other question would be a recommendation for how far into the concrete the hardware should go? Regardless of the depth of my Pavers… Is there a suggested depth in the actual concrete? Thank you so much for your time.

I believe we used 2 inch long tapcons
