I have one, not happy with it or the sound, I was ringing frequencies with the 7 band EQ and a mic and I heard a pop, the audio switched off but the power stated on, I didn't get audio back for at least 60 seconds. Can't risk that happening at a gig. The sound is muffled at best and the APP mixer is very limited and not very user friendly constant switching between pages, 7 band eq is not nearly enough. My DB tech es503 sounds much better and costs less, check out my review of the db es503
The proper configuration for two 1) with mixer Mix 8, 2) one without J8. Reason is the APP can only communicate to one mixer so there is no reason to have mixer in second unit.

I wanted to buy this EVOX JMIX8 and use the App to control the Mixer from distance but it is not possible to control individually the Volume for each channel in the App. Other question; is there any physical Volume Knob on the Mixer itself? In the RCF website when we look at the image of the mixer, we see only the Gain Knobs, not Volume Knobs for individual channel. Could you explain please?
How quickly would it take on the LED mixer to adjust the mics and stereo backing if it started to cause sudden feedback? I can fix this problem in seconds on my old fashioned mixer.
I do like this, but that's one of the cons, no instant adjustment like in a traditional mixer, having to scroll through a digital display seems time consuming. Also looked at the stagepas 1k only concern is the long term durability the way the speaker columns are connected by slotting them in place, seems like it is doomed to fail over a period of use, with the vertical load and stress a weak design point IMO, unlike this model which has simple connections tried and tested..... Decisions decisions
I know old just clarifying that they are only using 1/2 of pole as they have a low ceiling space or to get everything in video. If on. stage probably only need one pole. If on floor level you can go higher with pole extension.
I had the older version of this with the wooden cabinet. These things are bullet proof and loud.

Considering for a DJ/Karaoke set up. Can you put echo/reverb effect on individual mic inputs or is it universally on all four?

How does this compare to db 1203 the mixer not great on mine 1203 with no reverb. But They are suppose to be 1200 rms 131db max but this is 128 max db

Hmm. I downloaded the app and in Demo mode you can control each channel on mixer.
