@@classicrebel9577 Saturn even exalted will delay results. And you are having retrograde Saturn. A retrograde planet in birth chart means the effect is double. In this case, Saturn effect of delay is a bit prolonged. You must must must check the dignity of Venus ( is it strong, weak, aspects, conjunction). Libra itself signifies marriage and partnership (original 7th hse in Kaalpurush).
By judging from what you said, I think your Venus is having trouble. U also can do remedy to strengthen your Venus (lagna lord) n do not forget about Jupiter ( signifies husband in your chart), check Jupiter dignity too and if it's having trouble, you need to do remedy related to Jupiter. @@classicrebel9577 Don't worry k. Saturn will only delay, it doesn't deny. Another thing is Saturn and Venus are close friends in planetary cabinet. So, eventually you will get married but since Saturn is involved, you need to put in efforts pertaining to the house (in this case, finding a good man) . Saturn where it sits and aspects demands you to put effort and since it's retrograde, the efforts required will be doubled or tripled
