I used to attend St Giles every year, it was a massive family tradition as my Grandad family did the fairs years ago. We used to get free rides, candy floss, coconuts and sweets then go to the pub for a coke before we went home. Good to see it busy as always.
Just love evening travelling funfairs Andy. The lights the candy floss and hotdog smells and of course love watching your very varied exiting vlogs. Such a refreshing change as I personally prefer travelling fairs and this one looks absolutely awesome. Great footage. Andy 😀😀😀😀😅😅😅😅
brill vlog you captured the excitment of the fair season that now is coming in to full swing, off to Hull fair in oct , we walk around absorb all the sights smells and sounds then pick the rides we want to try, would love to try more but it is expensive but when you see the build and takeaway you can understand why , cheers

Roller Coaster Rewind if the wait for Air wasn’t too long I would have gone on it, definitely one of the best looking and operating flat rides in the UK

That was an amazing vlog incredible how much was there! Just come back from Carters steam fair in Woking the planes weren’t there but it was still brilliant. Also met Tom and Nicky (screams and themes) they are a lovely couple very friendly! 😃😃😃

I was in the Air Cadets to. 1130 Squadron. I got my Cadets Marksman with the 2mm rifle. Never got my RAF Marksmen though with the SLR or 303 rifles. Used to go flying every month in the Chipmunk planes. After doing aerobatics every month no fair ride or coasters felt the same, they all felt tame. Now all the coasters and fair rides feel amazing again.
Days out UK I shot the L98’s on Cadet camps but never got a marksmanship badge for that just the 22 rifle ! Omg yeah the Chipmunk was a classic, didn’t like doing aerobatics as it made me feel sick so just like to cruse around lol 😆
If you guys are still interested in going to Cambridge they've got a Winter Wonderland going on and it's really worth the visit! Noth Pole Cambridge is the name!

You should check out Lincoln fair its on from the 14th to the 22nd of september. Tuesday and wednesday 18th and 19th all rides a £1. Its an awesome fair. I love watching your vlogs keep up the good work.
That Mega Spin looks bloody bad arse :D It's like a KMG/Tivoli Move It, except it isn't shit :D Also that ride operator was awesome :D In 2 weeks time I'm off to the Melbourne Show to ride The Beast (KMG XXL), Rebel (KMG Inversion), XScream Soundwave (Fairtrade Waltzer) and Rock & Roll (Bertazzon Matterhorn)

St Giles is a great street fair but I would like to suggest you try visiting Ilkeston and Loughborough, both are amazing! Ilkeston is a couple of weeks after Goose - this year Oct 17th - 20th and Loughborough (traditionally last major fair of the season) Nov 7th - 10th. Saturday is by far the best night at both events and both in easy driving distance of you. Would love to see your opinions on both if you make it.
Sean Calladine Loughborough sounds great, a few people have said it’s worth a visit now and might end up going as we have not book any holidays this year
