It's all by design man. The powers that be had a goal of destroying the family unit. One of the many ways they accomplished this was making the family court system so unfair, that men would stop seeking marriage.

Custody/ Child Support laws need to be changed across the United States immediately!

    • @DogDooWinner
      @DogDooWinner 2 ปีที่แล้ว +19

I don't have any need for the laws to be changed currently. I have always supported the laws to be changed. I worked with a guy that his heroin addict ex-wife was deemed by the court to be a more fit parent even though she was convinced a few times before judgement while the grave sin that the guy I worked with committed? He was in the Marines. The judge said that he was unfit due to the possibility of immediate deployment while the court deemed the mother was the best choice for custody, the judge also informed the mother that it will be dependent on her starting addition counseling. It finally took the mother nodding while she was driving the kids to his 2 hour monthly visitation. It also helped him that she was charged with trafficking. The first order of business that the guy I worked with did was get the kids in counseling. Why she wanted the kids, the same reason they all do.

    • @agm5424

They're not going to change them because they're not "broken". The laws are built explicitly to screw over Mn because they are a threat to their authority due to their care for Independence, Logic and Morality while Wmn are their most blind supporters due to their desire for someone to provide resources and security to them.

Yep, and a lot of psychopaths roaming around as well because men's emotions and feelings are given the importance that they should have. "Oh well, you have clinical depression. You just gotta man up and deal with it yourself" then they become drug addicts to cope or kill themselves or become serial killers if they're too far gone, because they didn't get the help they needed. And people wonder how it could have happened.
I just wanna go ahead and say that even though i don't play them anymore because i don't have the time. Video games saved my life. I was in such a dark place, i contemplated suicide every day for several months. And video games were my escape from reality and helped me find something to look forward to in life. For all the boomers who say video games ruin lives, just letting you know they saved mine.

@@acewalker because its not just about child support.... You're not listening. No ones justifying murder but no one asks the question of why it happens. Especially when a man is dealing with a psycho woman who is doing everything to manipulate the situation to paint the father in a bad light to keep the father away from his kids. Either they limit the time he can see them, or just revoke his rights to see them all together. The courts ignore his pleas even if there is evidence to support that his childs' mother is intentionally lying to the court to keep the kids away from him. Or they keep upping child support until that man can barely scrape by l. Whats left his paychecks. And the effed up part is it is all done legally and there's nothing he can do about it. I went through this with my daughter, She’s 3 years old now. Her mother hate me because I moved on with someone else after I found out she was only using me anyway. I was getting my daughter every weekend and sometimes for 2 - 3 weeks straight. I even moved 5 minutes from them to be closer to my daughter. When my fiancé got pregnant with my son things got worse and caused more problems. After my son was born my daughter’s mom sent her to my house knowing she had Cov!d to get my son sick then said she wishes he would have d!ed smh. Fast forward, Now I’m not allowed to see my daughter and have to pay child support. I called child protective services so many times because she was physically, mentally and emotionally abusing my daughter. Also neglecting her by sending her to me dirty with the same clothes on from the week before just to piss me off. Nothing was done about this at all. We went to court, they provided her with a free lawyer and I had to pay $3000 for a lawyer and still lost with so much proof, evidence, phone conversations, photos, text messages, videos of my baby twerking my social media and proof that she would not allow me to register my daughter in a head start program 😔 idk anymore but I know that women like her pushes the father out when he doesn’t want to be with her then raise the child to hate the father. Hopefully I will see my daughter again and when she’s old enough to understand I’m going sit down with her and open this box with all of her answers in it. So many photos of her with me and how clean and happy she was, photos of how dirty and distressed she was with her mom. Text messages, phone conversations etc. everything she needs to know that I was a damn good father and we both had to suffer because her mom was not happy 🤷🏽‍♂️

This isn't just an American problem. I am an Australian going through the exact same situation. It has been nine years since I last saw my daughter because my ex disappeared with her after setting up for the government to take child support out of my pay, deducted before it even gets to my account. In 9 years I haven't heard or seen anything of my daughter, while being forced to pay for my ex's lifestyle. I have been trying to go through family court for visitation rights for years, but all I have gotten in response is silence. Family court doesn't care about fathers

I’d like to share a bit about my mom who I no longer speak to. I’m the oldest of 5 kids, and she left my dad for his friend. That guy cheated on her the entire relationship and she still had 3 kids with him. He ended up kicking her to the curb eventually when she became old and wicked with her alcoholism. She used to kick me in the ribs with Doc Martens on, hit my face into the floor, blame me for giving her bruises even though I hadn’t touched her and the saddest of them all was when she kicked my little brother over and over on his 7 birthday. All I know is she’s now homeless on the streets and my brother and I don’t talk to her.

Exactly. Also. Honestly when I see wmen with whole body tattoos. There is HURT there. I think it is like a public service announcement. For sane folk to stay away. And for fellow damaged people to know these abused people are kin.
Ultimately? It is a VIOLENT and pain ridden life. Of hyper sexuality. Self mutilation. Drugs and deviant behaviour, the likes of which chills the bone marrow. I have seen and heard of countless "goth" and "emo" wmen do TRULY horrendous things. Just check out all the musicians, actors, comedians and pronstars that lead a goth lifestyle or are HEAVILY tattoo'd. They are dealing with depression, suicidal thoughts, alcoholism, drug abuse and lack of self preservation. More than some normal wman with no tattoos or few tattoos.
Don't try to save these kinds of people. Cold. I know. But stay away from people like this. They WILL suck you into their world of dysfunction and depravity. How do I know? I had a thing for wmen with tattoos. Wasted half of my life trying to "understand" people like this. But how a sane person quantify insanity, without turning insane themselves?
Now I am a nihilist who misses the days of being an idealistic fool. Even if my beliefs were too optimistic. I was happy. Now? I am a shell of my former self. Trying to drag myself back to order.

Mothers like her should held accountable for their actions by law. Over 22 years ago i got full custody of my 8 month old son after i found out by accident (a friend of my ex told my sis what had happened) that my son had been taken off his mum, AGAIN. Just over 13 years ago another ex stopped me seeing my 4 kids with her. Found out my 2 and half year old daughter wasnt mine and her mother knew. I was paying for all 4 even though 1 of them wasnt mine. When a stranger with a gavel gave me access to my kids was one of the best days of my life along side getting sole custody of my oldest. It took me 3 YEARS to get access because she kept on lying about me and everyone in court knew she was lying but they had to take it seriouse. @@ultranecrozma7449 No they won't. This system was designed to be like this. Most people think feminism was about equal rights for women, or at least that it started out like that. But that's not true. It was never about equal rights. The real goal of feminism was to replace the man with the state as the head of every household. Push the natural protector out of the home, demoralize him and turn him into a wage slave. Get the women into the workforce to get more tax income. Make women more dependent on the government. Make sure resources are transferred via the state from the men to the women. {basically making the state the pimp of all women} And getting all the children into the indoctrination system from a early age to control their minds. And because the natural protector is removed from the home and demoralized, there is nobody to defend these children from the predators working within the system.

    I know for us.
It was our mum who was the nurturer, she looked after and fed us- but it was her who was the abuser. On top, she neglectful and had no emotional connection to any of her children.
My earliest memories are of her battering my older sister around the living room, I was a toddler and sister not much older.
She screamed at my sister, who was partly deaf, throwing her into the sofa, yanking her hair and slapping her face, arms and body repeatedly while screaming,
“Youre dead meat! You’re dead meat! Dead meat!!”
I cowered on another sofa and helplessly watched this on more than one occasion. Mum didn’t attack me.
Why did she attack my sister?
We were up early, maybe 6am… we had no awareness of time, just knew that our dad left for work…. And I guess my sister had snuck into mums bedroom and found her make up box.?
No physical marks were left though.
Our mum did a lot as we grew up.
Later she chose a man, not our dad over us. We were just collateral in this toxic and abusive relationship she had with this man. Guess the D won over what non existent affection she had for her 4 children.
Even in adult life, you would think she would try to make amends.
    No.
    Not at all.
She had no accountability for her actions.
She didn’t want to hear it.
As there is no apology she can ever make for her selfish and mindful decisions.
Even in our adult lives, she has found ways to be toxic.
Toxic with our development and with our partners.
She gets off on the drama and power of misinformation.
As a result. She is now in her 60’s.
None of her children want anything to do with her, and keep her well at arms length.
I do speak to her, but on an occasional basis and with limited info sharing.
I know, even until her last breath, if she can find a way to cause pain and harm, even if it’s just emotional she would. Her ego just loves it.
My younger brother had not seen her since he was 8 yo after he was taken into what was supposed to be a temporary 3 months in foster care, so she could get her priorities in order. She chose, not to, and was very spiteful and horrid to him, even as a young boy while he was in foster care, dismissing him on phone calls and saying he isn’t her son (as he reported that the man she chose, threatened his life, to which she wasn’t a witness to but she chose the man over her son) and she would not talk to him. He was adopted along with his younger sister soon after.
He saw her later as a Young man now, so some 12 years after they last saw each other, I went with him for support.
She spoke about herself. He was quiet and listened. He didn’t ask any hard questions, he was just present. As he left to go home, she asked him for a hug, he did, and as she held him she said with a wry smile,
    “I forgive you, you know?”
He looked confused and shrugged her off before saying bye. I left with him, making sure he was ok.
    She forgave him?
That’s the most he should have said to her, if he had wanted, not that he had to .
    But she forgave him??
That’s how horrid she was, how entitled, selfish and purposely nasty and antagonising.
Needless to say, he didn’t want to see her again. He got his answers from that interaction, and the parting words she said, cemented that.

I was in grad school with the last woman, V Measles. We studied things around race, gender, and social justice, but I think we both felt put off by the fact that academia, like other parts of our society, likes to paint many issues with this simple story about why things happen the way they do without really discussing reality. The reality is that all mothers are not nurturing, loving saints and all fathers don’t wish to be absent deadbeats. It’s also reality that many children are raised in circumstances that would be nightmares even for adults. The sooner we acknowledge this and make necessary changes in our society, the better off our kids will be as they grow and thrive.
I can only imagine how disturbing it is to hear the story of your sister’s passing and the family life that precipitated it being discussed that away on TikTok, no less. I wish her peace.

My child's father passed away but I would never have kept him from our daughter. He loved her an was good to her, an she loved him. I could never keep her away from him, no matter how mad he made me sometimes. It would only hurt my daughter. He died when she was small, I'd give anything to have him bak. Our baby started highschool this yr, I never let her call anyone else dad. Life is hard, children need as many ppl to love them as they can have. This makes me sad😥

But there's a lot of bad ones and those are the ones the guys pay attention to because they don't want their lives ruined. A lot of people think it's just the money thing but it's beyond that, you're bringing something into the world that shares your blood and looks like you, and to think that somebody could be so cold-blooded to take that from the father....yeah new, I'll go adopt. At least then ho women can try and take that away. There's plenty of children in the world that could use a good home anyways.

With hard lives that create circumstances that can bring the worst out of folks. It's like when people ask why crime, death, and fatherlessness is so concentrated in the black community. It's because the lack of opportunities in one's life can back them into corners where they feel like there's no choice. It can bring the evil out of us.

I went through many of the things this guy went through. I now have custody of my son but the drama from my ex has continued, despite the court suspending her parenting time. She had my son sleeping on an air mattress that he had to reinflate every three hours. This made it hard for him to be his best inschool and caused server scoliosis. I served 4 years in the Air Force and 7 in the Army. Great background but it took $30k to prove that in court after her lies. The court placed an EPO on me for texting angry about her violating court orders but they allowed her to keep breaking the order for 2.5 years before they moved my son with me. She says whatever she wants to me and nothing happens. The state knows they can make the father work and take his money. Men gotta make better choices in women and recognize their worth.

My mom used to be like this, no lie. I remember one day she straight up told my father in front of my other siblings that she wanted new kids and that we sucked, that and all of the psychical abuse too, but my mom decided to repent and actually get better. She used to drink heavily and abuse drugs, and always had bad people around, it was really bad. But as I get older (I’m 19 about to be 20 in a few days) I’ve learned that my mom had such a shitty ass life, her family was so abusive that I’m genuinely shocked she didn’t Kill herself cause 90% of people cannot live her life. She was r worded by her uncle, sent away to straight up fucked up places like the straight up just woods and bad youth programs that abused the kids also. But my mom went from that, to now not only being the best mom I could ever ask for, going back to school for psychology and is maintaining a 4.0 GPA, and we’re both now currently working in starting our business together. She not only apologized to me and my family, but she changed her behaviors and became what I wanted her to be this whole time, but just my mom, but herself, and her relationship with god. Ik it’s harder to say than to do, but always leave the door open for forgiveness, because you never know what demons are inside of others

It's been 7 years since I have seen my son that I pay $800 a month in child support for the entire time.
My ex should be rotting a prison for the things she has done to people, to me, and to children and yet still has full custody.
I could give about a dozen more stories that follow along the same lines that all have resulted in the men not having contact with their child.
Society, law enforcement, women, and our government don't care about men and don't care about what is best for children.
    They care about getting money.

I’ve got friends who have tried everything to see their kids, but 99% of them are still denied contact, even though they are a LOT more capable of looking after their kids than the mothers.
One of my friends hasn’t seen his kid since she was 1 month old….She’s now 14.
He still has to pay child support though, which comes straight off of his wages.
He was paying the mother £1k a month to start with, but she decided to go to court to get more…..She ended up getting £350 a month, so £650 less than he was voluntarily giving.
Then she complained because she wanted the £1k and the court ordered child support.

Haven't talked to my mom in about 8 years (if not longer). But that's HER choice. I threw out an olive branch. She blatantly ignored it. A few months back, my youngest sister tried to convince me to talk to her. I told her, she has my number if she wants to talk to me she can call me. But she won't, I knew that as a kid, when she would be ducking my calls and changing her number all because she didn't want to pay child support to my dad (child support she never paid). Or when I did talk to her, and she would try and blame everything on my dad, like I was blind and deaf and didn't hear the times, my dad reacted out to her trying to help her and get her to spend time with me. Nah, she's just mad that I won't allow her to manipulate me like she did my siblings. When she gets over that, that's when I'll consider having a relationship with her again.

The court only cares about $ and that's a fact !

This is horrendous. That poor man and his son. Why is that woman being allowed to repeatedly abuse that poor little defenseless baby.

When my son was 3 years, his mother dropped him off to me for my visitation weekend and left. Sunday evening when it was time to return my son to his mother, I couldn't find her or get ahold of her. A few days later I found out that she took off to another state 1k miles away to be with a guy that was a drug addict. I went to "family" court and filed for emergency custody, but was denied without a hearing. The court stated that since I was his biological father, she didn't abandon our son. I had to scramble to get him into a daycare because I had to work 40+ hours a week. I worried everyday that she would just come get my son and take him back to where she was now living, with a drug addicted criminal. She finally called a week later asking for OUR son and I told her "over my dead body". Fast forward 18 years and she asks him why he respects me more than her. My son said "you can't see why?". Today, after 20 years of hell, I have a pretty good relationship with my son, my only child. I feared family court more than going to prison!!

Sadly this happens way too often. I know a person right now that has done and continues to do everything in her power to alienate her 2 Son's from their Father and his Family. She uses her kid's to control and manipulate certain situations. Absolutely Disgusting!

The courts don’t care about men’s rights. I feel tremendous anger for this man’s plight. Shame on our family court system and CPS. They both ruin families and childrens lives!

Bro I gotta disagree. The system doesn't care because she's a woman, but because they won't make anywhere near the same amount from their cut of the child support if she is the one paying it

I just recently went thru all of that… extremely aware of every emotion and thing that man is going through. Difference being, i lost my son but won that betch on child support and marital issues.

I went through custody fight with my ex. Psychiatrist guardian, ad litem’s all said, my ex should not have custody. The judge didn’t even care. He awarded custody to my ex. I had to go to the appeals court, which reversed the ruling. Why does a man need to go through this? It’s insanity

I am grateful that I didn't have a child with my ex. She is the type of person to be like the mother that the man in the beginning was dealing with.

It’s ridiculous how easily a father’s rights can be arbitrarily ripped away if a woman chooses to be malicious. Just an accusation is enough to get your child taken away and cause you to lose your job, they don’t even have to prove anything.
It’s not right. Women should be respected, but they should not be put on a pedestal and given special treatment while feminists have the gall to demand equality men aren’t being shown.

Took me 2 years in court to get custody. My children suffered every single day. Guardian ad litem had just gave up on the case unbeknown to me. It took me being accidentally invited inside the home by the kids while I was picking them up, I was able to secretly take pics. Next court hearing the judge came out of his chair and demanded the guardian lady be brought up immediately. There was a closed door meeting and I was awarded full custody that day. The court will actively work against the man every step of the way. Your cellphone is the most powerful weapon you have as a man in today's world. Protect yourself and gather your own evidence gentlemen.

I was with a woman who was going through court drama. She actively withheld her daughter from the father. He wasnt the best guy, he was mostly absent because he had a job in northern california, but he didnt deserve to never see his child. My ex fought for supervised visitations and then outright declined to even let him see his daughter. I went to every court hearing and towards the end after about 5 years of going to court and.hiring new attorneys, judge allard wanted to rip my gfs head off for how she was acting. He scolded her for 15 minutes about how its going to affect the child for the rest of her life. After all that, he STILL sided with my girlfriend and gave her full physical and legal custody and that was it. I had a front row seat to the EVIL that family court is. The woman will always win. I still love my ex to this day but what she did to that childs father was BS and the court had no choice but to side with the woman.

Well the courts here in South Carolina are no different. I was a truck driver, when I discovered that my then wife was not only cheating on me but was also engaged in heavy serious drug use, and around put daughter no less. We separated and she would never let me speak with her. Then the court day came for child custody. Since she also accused me of drug abuse, we both had to submit to a drug screening. Mine was obviously clear as I was still a truck-driver. She however failed! Tested positive for meth, opioids, cocaine, and MDMA! Yet the court system STILL GRANTED HER SOLE CUSTODY WITH ME HAVING SUPERVISED VISITATION ONLY!
You see this is just another example of how the court system is engaging in back room deals w/politicians! My ex father in-law was a state representative for several years, and knew the judge personally. Shortly after that my ex took off with our daughter and I never saw her again. I later found out that someone signed my signature on child rights papers and then adoption papers as well. I know who did it, hit no lawyer in this entire county would take the case because of my ex in-laws!
She has been brainwashed by those evil people against me. I've found her FB profile and tried several times to contact her through messenger to no avail. Each time blocked, and she created a new profile. She is now of legal age yet because of their mind manipulation she refuses to even allow me to explain my side of things. This is very disheartening. I know the face of evil it's on the head of women like these! My only solace is that one day they all will give an account to GOD for their actions!
I only want to let her know that I never stopped loving her, and never stopped looking for her!...
Daddy loves you my little "BOOGIE-MONSTER"...
I gave her that nickname because she would run all over the place, and when she heard the song "SEPTEMBER" she would dance...
Men use caution when dealing with the courts, keep every single text, record the conversations between you and the woman, find a lawyer who isn't afraid of politicians!
