@@richardhuffman1099 I would get a 660. That's what I have. Plenty of power. You're only missing out on 20cc's and Power steering. And maybe fuel injection. I have an 02 yamaha grizzly 660 with 2.8k miles. Runs like a champ to this day
What about the Brute Force those the three most reliable when it comes to four wheelers.

It's all in the line that you pick in that kind of terrain. All the bikes did fairly well.
For sure. We ended up pulling a bunch of copper wire out of the outlander. Broke a rear boot. Axle went later in the day lol.

Grizzly did great! I wouldn't risk it without snorkels.
The intake is really high on the grizzly. He’s got snorkels now tho!

A 2017 Polaris 570 would not get more than 10 feet in that stuff. The belt would get wet and starting slipping resulting in no power. That is why I am about to trade for something that can handle water and mud.
You would def have to snorkel it so the belt wouldn’t get wet, which is a headache on its own. Some clutch mods to go with the snorkel and you’d do ok.
If you haven't already you should make a update video on how your rubicon has held up what's broke what's been replaced or upgraded ect and your thoughts

I'm looking at getting a four-wheeler but trying to find out if its worth it to get a can am or to go with a grizzly
Depends what you want. Want to ride every weekend without issue? Go Yamaha. It'll do the job. Want to ride a machine that puts a smile on your face but you hate it in between rides because you're wrenching and spending money, get the can am. If you're mechanically inclined and have the time/money to wrench then I'd go Can Am.
They're both great machines. I got 1200 miles on my '20 can am 850xt. Not a single issue. And I do everything they're doing, and then some. Proper maintenance is KEY!!! Love the power!!! If yamaha comes out with an 850 though, the can am is history! Love the yamis!

I do not, I have 29.5" outlaws. The auto DCT model Rubicon has low gear option.

There was still a bit of copper wire in the hole. The Yamaha had a strand wrapped around also. Can Am took most of it tho
@@HondudeTeamMudhogs copper wire? do you think some jack wagon put it in there or just by chance? There is holes at some of the trails and parks in Wisconsin that are taped off because of people putting nails or other shit in the holes.

Not a muddier so my question is why can’t you put weight on the front so the front tires stay on the ground for traction?
Sometimes that’s the way to go! In other situations it levels the bike out and gets less traction when the hole is deep enough. Pressure on the rear forcing it deep down causes it to reach the bottom better in some circumstances.

Yamaha got the good dif lock that's why. Yamaha machines are all quality and reliability. That's why I'm a Yammy guy
I do like there diff lock, the 4x4 without it is lack luster tho. Still love yammy regardless.
@@HondudeTeamMudhogs i absolutely love my 02 660 grizz on 30" interforces, shimmed and machined clutch, purple spring on secondary. 2" lift and just finished the BBK, raptor cams and all KW vakvetrain. This machine os AWESOME! Last big trip was 680 miles stright (a week trip) and it even dod awesome.on trails woth comparable mpg to my wifes 2010 rancher 420....tho i just picked up a 07 KQ 700 on 29.5s , snorkeled and relocated rad. I love my grizz but it looks small and skinny to the KQ. Have to replace wet clutches on the KQ so havent went far yet. Im gonna really abuse the KQ and see what its all about!
