The dna on the gun came back inconclusive meaning they cant confirm or deny it. i dont know why so many people in the comments keep lying and saying his dna was not found on the gun. his own witness testified and said a woman shot first then a male shot all over the place like 3-5 times which matched their original statements 2 years ago and the evidence at the scene. this man brought his kid to court to traumatize them for some sympathy card and that didnt set alarms off in your heads? kelsey's interview was played in full because midget's lawyer tried to lie about her being forced to do the interview which was disprove when it was played. the claim in court that midget and kelsey was actually beating up meg outside. his text apologizing. kelsey's text saying midget shot meg. yall keep saying she was drunk and shot meg then texted to cover her tracks but if she was so drunk how did she think that far ahead? kelsey all of a sudden saying she doesnt remember anything on the stand but conveniently remembers all the bad things about meg and claiming she lied in the interview. why would she originally lie in meg's favor if they were beefing and she was still cool with short stick? all i'm saying is the girl clearly didnt shoot herself. think people. it's either 1 or both of them involved but Megan Pete should have never been on the chopping board for being a victim.

Reasonable doubt doesn’t hide the facts, it just casts doubt. The doubt has to be more compelling than the facts. Meg and Kelsey told super conflicting stories so the jury isn’t going to rely on witness testimony for facts cause they lied it’s hard to count the rest of their statements as truthful. The jury probably looked at the forensic evidence and decided that it had to be Tory. There were only three people and someone shot Meg. The court system doesn’t rely on he said she said.
I believe he shot Megan and Megan got justice, but his "history of violence" doesn't and shouldn't matter at all. Also the court system, especially in America, relies too much on he say she say. They just make it seem professional.

I just meant that in this case the main three witnesses all had contradicting testimony’s so it’s hard to choose which person is telling the truth, so the jury hopefully relied more on the forensic evidence than the statements made by Meg or Kelsey.
