I love this woman. Her show is the best and it just goes to show you don't need to born into wealth and have an Oxford/Cambridge standard education to be a talented writer.

I feel like being saturated with media as we are these days, we can often not be surprised by what we see/hear/consume, things seem predictable or we are let down by endings or narratives. All her work blows me away and consistently astonishes me, taking it in directions I would never have imagined. A rarity and one to be cherished...

Chewing Gum is absolutely hilarious. A friend recommended I watch it and I have to say it's one of the funniest series on Netflix. I cannot wait until Season 3.

I love her too since she is astonishingly beautiful, great as an actress and even more as a writer; loved everything I could see from her until now, yet it was difficult since no Channel 4 here in France and Chewing-gum is not (yet?) on Netflix France :( Would love to teach her a bit more french since it was not perfect when she did speak french in Black Earth rising; then she is crazy (as she herself says !) so cannot be perfect, and in this (foreign language) case the mistake comes from a text she didn't write.
