Hey girl, for the tortilla machine so the masa doesn’t stick you can use a plastic bag and it makes it easier to pull the masa out. Like cut all the closed up ends and you should end up with an opening that you can have on each of the metal plates. (If that even makes sense 😅)
Gorditas are my favorite dish! My mom makes them with chile rojo in the maza so red gorditas. Making me crave them, now Im going to have to tell my mom to make me some!😋
