@Hydproperties60 might be bro but y r rates increasing without increase in income levels ..just few brokers r increasing this prices.. my point is if u guys keep on increasing this prices it will become unlivable in few years .. and Hyderabad is not land locked city to claim this kind of exorbitant prices.. entire Hyderabad today is not even 100000 acres and out of which 20.to 30% is empty and there is another 1 or 2 lakh acres in the vicinity.. wish u can sell this villa and u can get ur commission but point is Hyderabad is becoming unlivable for 90% of public
