NM abolished the death penalty in 2009. But this case is screaming for the ultimate penalty! And before someone asks, no, I don't care if Smoker had a rough start in life. I don't care that he was adopted. Sasha was on her way to church to get teaching materials. Her dress should have made it obvious she wasn't 'street smart'. She died a horrible death. Rip Sasha. I how you get justice.
