That was the last thing I thought would be happening. Well done for 5k in socks, in different circumstances that would have been a great video on its own. Spoke to before the race, keep your faith, we all have bad races & make the wrong kit choice. Was debating shoe choice and opted for my trusty roclites myself, any boggier and mud claws defo. Get out there and smash the next one, and keep the blogs going.

Comfies for long stuff from now on for sure. I think my feet are just a bit too splayed out for long distances in anything narrow!
