Samsung Pay Rewards, instant win game, suddenly made this a reality for me. great video, its really the exact things i was hoping to see. it looks like paradise. everything you two did that i can see is exactly where me and my girls interests are as well. really, great video. cant wait to show her when she gets home, i know she will appreciate this as much as i do
Beautiful way to capture someone's honeymoon. Some epic diving shots too. I like the Gopro for traveling in Hawaii it makes a ton of sense. I'm a singer/songwriter and wrote a song called "Hawaii". I just uploaded the video to my TH-cam page. We shot it in Oahu, some of it with a Gopro Hero 5. Some of it with a Canon.
Great video! Very nice job editing. I went to Maui Dec 2015 with GoPro 4 silver. I didn't get half the video footage you got, I need to go back Maui and do it again. :}
Great captures! I'll be using my GoPro hero 4 black for the first time in Maui. Are there any settings you recommend for water, day and sunset settings? Also do you recommend a specific pole? Thank you for your time and tips!
Destinations: Four Seasons, Honolulu Bay (snorkeling), Road to Hana, Nakalele Blowhole, Black Rock, Three Bear Falls, Waiapanapa Park, Mount Haleakala, Oheo Gulch, Some Random Cave, Pipiwai Trail. I also suggest olivine pools. Our favorite meal was Lahaina grille although a Everyone will suggest Mamas
I have filters by t don't use them because the white correction in GoPro Studio is more customizable rather than having one filter for every depth you're at.
This is a great video, good job. What camera did you use and what settings? Also, did you change any of the filters when editing? Your picture is so much better than anything I have uploaded to youtube.
+Dustin McCoy 3+ Silver mostly on 1080@60 with maybe a couple of shots on 720@120. I didnt use any physical filters although a polarizer is highly recommended. I adjust the video of all my clips and generally increase the saturation, contrast, and brightness very slightly depending on the shot. For underwater shots its very important to adjust the white balance to filter out all of the teal and bring out the red that gets lost underwater. This is all very easily done in GoPro Studio
Eddie, great job on the video. Just got back from Andaz in Maui and got great footage as well. As I look at it in GoPro Studio I can't seem to get it as colorful as you did. Any advice? Did you create the video in GoPro Studio as well?
Hi:) I watched this video so many times when planning my maui birthday trip. I have a lot of Maui vlogs that I just finished and I would love to share them with you all!! Let me know what you think
I can not vouch for what he used for his videos. But when I want to capture steady footage, I use a gimbal. Here is the one I use: smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T32A0K6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I just came back in August with my GF. Solely depends on where you want to stay at. I stayed at a condo with a oceanview rented from the owners (very nice owners and A++ cost $120/night) I have also stayed on Kaanapali and that can go $300+ a night easily. Rent a car (jeep or mustang) is normally $500 for 7 days-- go with Alamo since they have the best prices. Food is relatively cheap, but similar to any city in the US. You can find options that are less than $10 and taste really good or you can do date nights and spending $100-300 depending on alcohol cost (on Kaanapali or Lahaina St.) I'd say (estimated): $1400/7 nights hotel (if you want to stay at the same condo) $150/day food for two (more or less depending on alcohol consumption or type of food (fresh seafood)) $500 car rental for 7 days Depending on tours you want to go on it varies. Trilogy Excursions $300 to Molokini (highly recommended) (For 2) Pineapple Farm $130 (for 2) I'd say go to Haleakala without tour (sunset is just as good as sunrise) Buy Maui Tour Guide on the App Store/Android App Store to help with Road to Hana and Haleakala Maui Ocean Center ($60 for 2) Can rent a cabana on Kaanapali for $100 for 2 (all day) Hula Show - $75-200/person (can vary depending on buffet, location) So, as you can see, it depends on what you wanna do. I highly recommend spending half the time spent relaxing, and the other time touring and cruising. So I'd say $3500-4500 would be good minus flights. I did not include souvenirs or anything, but I will add that the souvenirs were pretty expensive IMO. Spent $300 on 4 hoodies. A couple sweaters were $40-50 each. I guess I was looking for some budget options as well for the 'not so important' people. :) Remember this may vary greatly depending on hotel you want to stay at OR how much you end up spending on food/drinks. My GF and I had a drink or so each meal and $150/day worked well. Blended some local cheap options with some quality fresh seafood places.
Ok thanks for responding to my comment. Now I guess I'm not that hip or smart enough, but I see no comment regarding the places ypu visited, or am I looking in all the wrong places, pls a little help here :)
Blurring ass out is to prevent perverts from taking sneakpeak. Nothing to do with insecurity. More to do with modesty and protecting his girl. Thats all I wanted to explain. In case, you dont agree or dont believe me and start using bad language, I won't respond to this, because it shows lack of hinger intelligence and not capable of having normal discussion without being emotionally invested. You know, what I mean, bro. In case of fall words, I won't reply. Or maybe because I don't care. I'm busy with life and giving people advice and move on. Ok. Bye.

The destinations are listed in the comments section and are in chronological order I believe. I also highly recommend the book Maui Revealed

Nice video! did you use a a underwarer filter? (like a red or orange one?)
I have filters by t don't use them because the white correction in GoPro Studio is more customizable rather than having one filter for every depth you're at.
beautiful
This is a great video, good job.

+Rick Moreno Yeahp I just used GoPro studio and increased the saturation slightly. For underwater shots you have to adjust the white balance.
Excellent!

I can not vouch for what he used for his videos. But when I want to capture steady footage, I use a gimbal. Here is the one I use: smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T32A0K6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
if you dint mind me asking... around how much did you spend on your whole trip. me & my girlfriend are saving up & want to make sure we are good.
not including flights
