yesterday i got my e khata and i upload the EC today in E aasthi web site but when i fetch data in kaveri for registration its showing "PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE BUT NON TRANSACTABLE" WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW

I am able see 2 draft e khata of my previous owner but draft ekhata for my name is not showing. I am paying tax with my name. Do I need wait until bbmp upload all or contact them in person
