Jahns is full of it. We have more than enough plus special teams players that it makes no sense to keep Homer, who has no value on offense, over Herbert. Waldron might not even plan on utilizing a fullback, no way I'm slotting Blasingame over him. Ian Wheeler would have to wow everyone in camp to make that a real battle too, especially when he also has plenty of competition as a returner. Herbert might get pushed out of a bigger role, but Jahns is clearly just reaching for the sake of having a hot take. He has way too much value as a serviceable backup on a rookie contract.
Arlington heights is decent a lot of times when I come back home to Chicago. I get a lot of hotel rooms out that way. Traffic would be crazy but parking will probably be a lot better than downtown.
We have to be real about Roschon Johnson, he showed nothing, Nothing, as a runner that would put him above Herbert, his best attribute is blocking, he showed no wiggle or burst, IF…. That improves then maybe but nothing on the field so far warrants Herbert being on the bubble.
Yall kill me with the Tevin Jenkins can’t stay healthy. Well shidd Jaylen Johnson can’t either. Jaquan brisker can’t either. Kyler Gordon and Nate Davis can’t either🤷🏽♂️stop the bullshit
It’s not bullshit dawg it’s the unfortunate truth. We all like TJ, and hope he can turn it around. But dude is injured way more than anybody else on this team.
Every one of those players has regularly been talked about as being injury prone at one point or another. Jenkins is the only one of that group in a contract year tho...
I get the signing to a point…. Except Center was arguably a greater need than even QB… I totally get drafting Caleb. Shelton’s 2023 pass blocking grade is even lower than Lucas Patrick’s. I sure hope Poles knows what he’s doing.
I think RoJo and Swift would compliment each other great.

Keep in mind he lost touches due to hurts tush push tds as well
Swift can run, catch and block. That is what he has the other backs don't. He also has low miles for his time in the NFL.
He was my choice for rb1
Fuck Arlington Heights the Stadium stays in the city.
Right now Davis is smoking a ciggie and eating a Sammich, he hates football😅
If Roschon Johnson makes a leap then i see Khalil Herbert traded by the deadline this season for some OL/DL depth or a DE.

I'd use him as kick returner with new rules he should shine. If he performs well there a trade could get some return.
Swift is about to hoop !!!!!
Should have taken Derrick Henry instead
Herbert will be released

didn't he get a concussion?

They've all played considerable more games than Teven in the same span.. bad comparison
