How to set Valley Cougar Electronic Dart Arcade to Freeplay

Thank you Dan!!! Either or non grounded outlet or CR2032 battery died and threw or dart machine out of whack.
All the manuals and sticker charts didn’t help one bit.

Do you know where i can get a replacement board, numbers 7-18 are not working, or any ideas how to find out if targets need to be replace or how? I just got one of these machines .
