I have always been wondering, why do doctors go on emergency calls? Here in the U.S doctors won’t be dispatched unless it’s extreme in which then either the supervisor or a doctor will be dispatched, or unless it’s trauma or airlift required.
Some cities like mine have special cardiac/ heart attack rapid response doctors or medical personnel but they barely are used. Then we also have a supervisor who’s also barely used. We have firefighter paramedics but they don’t run EMS our ambulance company runs out of the hospital (MidMichigan Medical Center).

There can be a countless number of reasons. The ambulance could be off duty, it could be at a repair shop, it could be going for scrap, etc., etc.. Just because something looks like an ambulance doesn't mean it's in active duty. This particular one is from Hamburg. Hamburg is over 300 km from Wuppertal, so it's pretty certain this ambulance isn't there in any official manner. It could even be privately owned.
Fury55 Gaming thats leftover from when Station 9 was in the north of the map. It was an old ambulance that stayed next to the station as scenery. It was left there when station 9 moved in this update. You never could use it.
Its a shame that no one develops for this game any more pretty much Wuppertal is the only one I can see new creek was one that I was sad hasn't seen an update in a while
