      Apki bat bilkul sahi he ✅ 💯 motor ki body pese 1 screw ya base pese 1 earthing terminal banake earth wire lena chahiye, or supply k liye 3 cord wire lena chahiye or earth hona hi chahiye...Sorry me demonstration me dikhana rah gaya🙏

    i am using 1000w single phase induction motor and using with it 1000w dimmer for control speed but when i use in slow speed its gives noise like humming but not in full or medium speed. what is the reason? plzz rply

      Various reasons can be there,
      1) When u decrease the voltage in single phase AC motor current increases to balance power and motor heats up and hums as due to low voltage it gets low torque as well, when you apply full voltage current remains at normal rated current so no hum
      2) misalignment of the motor shaft or worn bearings
      3) faulty capacitor
      4) loose components, damaged windings,
      5) jam bearings...
      If all ok, then Point 1 is the answer for you, Thank you for asking.

      Centrifugal switch ek mechanical switch he jo 75% speed hone ke bad automatically flap up karke starting winding ke connection ko open kar dega. push button me apko khudse dhyan rakhna padega ya fir microcontroller use karke automatically push button ko operate karva shakte ho...

    24 slot 3 HP single phase motor (with 2 capacitors):
    After much overheating its PVC terminals of start and run windings sticked. Now wires separated but
    resistance of Starting coil is 2.4 ohm and Running wind is 1 ohm, Is it OK or running winding have problem?
    Motor start with full speed but after about 10 seconds (probably when centrifugal switch trip) run very slowly,
    Should I change Run capacitor or rewind the motor?
    Also draw about 30 ampere initially then Ammeter indicator
    vibrate from 1 amp to 10 amp.

      capacitor change karke dekh shakte ho...
      Motor pahle kitna Amp leti thi?
      Last option rewinding...

    आपने बहुत अच्छी तरह समज्यया मोटर की वायरिंग के बारे मे धन्यवाद .
    मेरा एक प्रॉब्लम हे उसमे थोड़ी आप मद्त करे
    २ hp सिंगल फेज मोटर हे उसे बिजलीसे चालू करताहु
    बिजली जाने के बाद जनरेटर पे स्वीच होते हि मोटर बंद होती हे
    मुझे ऐसा कपैसिटर बताओ की स्विच होते टाइम पे कपैसिटर कुछ सेकंड मोटर को चला सके ताकि मोटर बंद न हो ( उसका कनेशन कैसे करे ओभी बताये )

      Arun bhati 1) As I explained in the video there will be two windings. Running winding and starting winding. We know single phase Induction motor is not self starting motor. So the main reason to have two windings is to have split phase and it produces weak revolving magnetic field as it will start as a two phase machine. It will have phase angle of about 25-30 degree without capacitor. With capacitor it will have phase angle of about 80 degree. After fulfilling the main purpose of starting, as motor attains about 75% of its synchronous speed centrifugal switch opens mechanically. Then after motor will operate as a single phase induction motor. We can omit the centrifugal switch but capacitor should be there in starting wdg to improve power factor and to have motor to run on optimum running condition. And the motor will work as permanently connected capacitor motor.
