best points to fish on Norris? im putting in at lake city and fishing near point 1 and not catching a thing around it

A lot of times, the season dictates where to fish on Norris and it can be brutal at times. I'm not from that area and rarely fish Norris. The Card brothers are the experts. Try catching up with them on FB to ask for details. Thanks for watching and Best Fishes!
