Ryan’s timing is impeccable. Add to it those fantastic facial expressions and his “shy” attitude and he comes out a winner every time. I have seen most of these stories multiple times and each time I laugh and just want to get to know him personally. His career will be timeless.

Underrated? Don’t think so. He has well over one hundred nominations and awards, makes over two million dollars per movie and fans just love him. He is well appreciated.
I just love that he always seems reluctant to tell a story while actually being in a freaking talk show 😂😂
Ryan seems pretty good about giving up his stories But, what I dislike in general about celebrity talk-show guests is that they're all completely vetted and ready for questions before appearing on shows. Yet, so many of them fain that fake surprised look to the show's host, like, "What are you talking about?," when they're asked so many of the questions they get asked. It's all just so much b.s.

I don’t know why but I really hated that film when it came out. I went to the cinema to see it. Fast forward ten years watched it again just to try and understand why I hated it and I was baffled. Absolutely loved it 🤷🏻♂️
There’s one other example of this. The song sunscreen by Baz lurhman. In my 20’s I would change the station if it came on. In my late 30’s I started to appreciate it now brings a tear to my eye hearing it it’s so relatable
@@xgreenjacket Sometimes a film doesn’t really have that impact on you when you first see it. It takes a second or third view to gain a different perspective on the same film. I had that with The Full Monty watching it at the cinema in 1997. I just couldn’t see what all the fuss was about but having seen it a few times on tv since, I have a different outlook on that movie and appreciate its humour, simplicity and the storyline.
@@jlk760 that’s true but I guess what was the surprising thing to me (and obviously you wouldn’t know this).Is that I’m really open minded when it comes to films. I’ll watch anything or give anything a chance, and I’m usually pretty decided even after multiple viewings. So it was a real surprise to me that I felt different. I know what you mean though, I generally get that effect more with music than with films. But yeah I agree. With your first comment it’s a great movie I think the hype was more to do with the score at the time and I wasn’t really into that kind of music so maybe that was the problem. It’s interesting to see how vastly your tastes can change the cool thing is the music and the movie still hold up now even though it was meant to be edgy and on trend.
I think my other favourite performance is crazy stupid love. So slick and the outfits were so sharp!
Ryan definitely has the knack for telling stories. His timing and facial expressions are a nice touch!

All the “funny” stories Ryan G tells if delivered by other actors, even comedians, will not come out funny. It’s HIM that brings out the “funny” reactions from viewers- maybe because it’s unexpected that he be such a “comedian” without even trying. Just love him for that.
He is not only a great actor but a great comedian as well. I love his type of humour, I get never tired of watching these.

Ryan made Meryl Streep a winner in this show. Like she needs it, you might think, because she's legendary, but sometimes it's rough at the top. Ryan told a lovely story that honored his mother and our legend. How graceful! A real gentleman.
Meryl knew ALL about Weinstein. She is not this great person…that is all a carefully constructed facade.

His interview with Harrison Ford on "This Morning" with Allison Hammond is one of the best and funniest interviews I have ever seen (and I've seen it repeatedly and STILL laugh!).
He’s so good as the straight man. His comedic timing is spot on, so patient and comfortable while being still.
Ryan had me at "Silver Hammer Pants".
These are all great but you should've included the Greg Davies storytelling - his reactions combined w/Greg Davies' delivery make it pretty much my favorite Graham Norton moment ever 💜

Graham Norton really gives you a chance To see other signs of celebrities and to see how they get along with the others on the couch.. It irritates me that they no longer do this except on James Cordon. I'd like to see see guests interact.

I've watched most of Ryan's films and I think he's a wonderful actor and storyteller. In the clip where he's wearing something around his neck, it's the name tag of his dog, George, who died. He took George on Fallon one night with an apple. He'd bite off pieces and feed them to George.
