  • First. Jungkook’s fans in China have once again outdone themselves, proving that when it comes to celebrating their idol, the sky’s the limit-literally. To mark Jungkook's birthday, his dedicated fan club, "Jungkook China," unveiled a massive 6-meter tall "Baby Prince" sculpture on the Seoul Cruise in Yeouido. The event, running from August 28th to September 1st, features a grandiose installation of Jungkook as a royal figure, complete with a cloak that reads "Billboard Hot 100 No.1," symbolizing his global dominance as a solo artist. The whimsical statue, resembling Jungkook with its large eyes and cute expression, is a must-see for fans. The fan club encouraged everyone to visit, stating, "We hope many fans will come and enjoy the event." And it's not just Seoul that’s feeling the birthday love-Jungkook’s fans across 15 cities in China are hosting special birthday cafes, handing out over 2,000 gifts including stickers, fans, and photocards, all contributing to the fever-pitch excitement of "Jungkook Day."
Second. Jin, ever the creative thinker, recently shared some wildly entertaining ideas for potential new content on his TH-cam channel. In a recent video on ‘Harper’s BAZAAR Korea,’ the worldwide handsome star let his imagination run wild, suggesting challenges that could only be dreamed up by someone with his unique blend of wit and charm. The standout proposal? Spending $10 million in just one hour. Jin confessed that while the task might sound easy, it’s a lot more challenging than it seems, making it the perfect project to tackle. Not stopping there, Jin’s second idea was sparring with legendary boxer Mike Tyson, joking, "He could probably knock me out with just one finger, but hey, maybe he’ll take it easy on me!" Finally, for something completely out of left field, Jin proposed a long jump competition with a flea. Yes, you read that right-a flea. He admits to having a soft spot for quirky and unique ideas, and this one certainly fits the bill.
Last. Despite recent solo activities, BTS fans are making it clear that the group will always be seven members strong. A recent fan-driven advertisement campaign proudly declared, “BTS is 7,” reinforcing the unity of the group amidst their individual projects. The campaign featured billboards and social media ads showing BTS together with the tagline, "BTS never walks alone, and ARMY will always be by their side." This public show of support is particularly poignant as member Suga takes a temporary step back from group activities. Fans aren’t the only ones voicing their support-fellow artists are chiming in too. Psy, during his "Psy Drenched Show 2024," gave a heartfelt shoutout to Suga, thanking him for collaborating on their hit track "That That." Additionally, "Pachinko" author Min Jin Lee, a known BTS supporter, posted a picture of Suga on her social media, accompanied by a purple heart-symbolizing the ARMY’s everlasting love.
