I think the presentation is very dry. Just some bullet points and theories repeated over and over again. Feels like someone is reading a package documentation for me.
Nobody should be giving any talk about how the Chase app is an example to do *ANYTHING*. What an absolute joke. It should embarrass you to be associated with the Chase app.

@@martyndissington the developers likely did not have a say in the design of the application, they just had to build it. There could be a lot to learn in how they did that even if you don't like the UX of the application.

@@uome2k7 I think the point being made though was that using a very poor app as the example for your talk undermines it.
