That Cēsis castle was built probably by the Livonian Brothers of the Sword and later Teutonic Order. Both were Germans. :)

@@florianschneider1548 wenn du mal nach Letland gehst kann ich dir auch noch Sigulda empfehlen. Es hat 2 mindestens genau so schöne Burgen und der Größte Höhle der Baltischen Staaten. Ich war dort vor 2 Jahren und es hat mich sehr gut gefallen. LG aus die Niederlande

Sword is kind of super weak - it won't penetrate even average armor, based on how it dealt with pine trees, which are the pretty much softest trees around in EU...
pine isnt weak....and in video theres spruce not pine :D
Swords don't really penetrate plate armour. Most treatises advise you to aim your thrust to gaps where it's maille.
