I've been playing assassin cross a lot lately in bg/pvp and, tbh, stat wise it's pretty simple, 130 str (with gear) and 100 vit is the essential, the remaining points should go to dex. Agi is a waste of points in a sb sinx, what you gain in animation speed is not worth it.

+Tân Hoàng like all melee classes you have to be really stacked on gear. As far as items, sin xs chug deadly poison a lot to 1 shot units 💀
Dee i decided to play hunter. Can i build 99 dex 80 agi and the rest for int?? can i ds and use trap well?
Tân Hoàng you need high int to make land mine lethal. That build looks like a typical Agi dex hunter.
so is there anyway that i can build to play both DS and trap?
and if i use DS constantly, do i need agi to leveling or i should focus on Dex and Int

It depends on your current set up. if you can hit the strength bonus other ways with the sign. then it is better.
