How do you build containers in containers? If the agent is running in a container, it seems to be a problem, creating containers inside the build-pipeline.
It depends on how you are hosting your docker container. If you are running in a Docker environment (that has a docker socket) you can simply mount the docker socket into the container and it will run the commands on the host machine. If you are using Kubernetes after version 1.18, it no longer has a docker run time, so you have to come up with another way. For me, I used Azure acr commands to run the actual docker build through the Azure Container Registry. This makes it a little slower, but works well for me.
