Do come and visit Lyngngam, Sohkhmi's green river with crystal clear water and lots of fishes under it. Which is also in East Khasi hills Shillong, Meghalaya.
This was birth place I spend my golden childhood over here at that time the river bed was totally white full of white rocks but then the rocks got smuglled to bangladesh but till noe the river is pristine and may be the most beautiful river of india but when i look at the tourist flocking to these places i feel bad because i know that withun next few years all that glory and beauty will vanish for ever........

Sampada khot go once to double decker living roots bridge in cherrapunjee area! Before you reach the roots bridge you have to cross two hanging (called as suspension bridges)
