It certainly is not something I would have chosen, but the more you do, the more I can't wait to see what's next. Congratulations on the new job, money for retreats! Lynn, so glad you got the skin issue taken care of even though it’s a tough recovery. I have had some problematic moles removed on my arms over the past few years and it’s awful. Your stitching is beautiful as always. I really like seeing your progress on the dragon, and the winter robin is gorgeous! 🪺
Wow! You’ve been busy! I’m amazed at how much stitching you got done considering that I’m sure you weren’t feeling your best after your surgery. My husband has several spots every time he goes to the dermatologist that have to be removed so we’re very familiar with them. I’m glad you’re on the mend❤️ The dragon is amazing- the detail is beautiful. Good luck with the new job!

Riley (my hubby) had a bcc surgery between his eyebrow and his eye and the poor man looked like he'd gone 10 rounds with a boxer and lost majorly! But as you said, no scar to speak of at the end of it. And I totally agree -- wear sunscreen! I think my friend Nadine was at your retreat, wasn't she? I enjoyed seeing all of your stitching projects. Your dragon is progressing well. I have had 3 BCC surgeries. One on my upper lip and 2 on the top of my head. I have very thin hair. One of the ones on the top of my head had 18 stitches. Fortunately all of the scars are barely visible. I am proud of you for getting it taken care of. Your shawl is beautiful. I can see from the tiny bit of Lancashire Flag it's going to look good, the Dragon looks more like a painting every week. Got say I love the bits and bobs from the retreat, like little lucky bags and glad you came home with the Stichy Word sampler 😄 My Mother-in-law had a suspicious mole removed from her leg, couldn't believe the hole it left after surgery, the only thing that's small is the tip of what is seen, glad it's over for you, happy healing 💖Thank you for the share, good video as always.

I had the pleasure of going to Nimble Thimble last Tuesday. It was a real treat considering I was visiting the UK from Australia. I did not have a budget and had a big spend up. Chris was lovely! Did not go near the fabric bundles. That would have been a disaster!
Hi Lynne - so much going on for you! Congratulations on your new position at the Library. So glad you had the surgery to remove the cancer spot. I know you need to be vigilant about protecting your skin. I’m also glad you enjoyed your retreats. I’m going to my first retreat next month, but so far the vendors don’t really excite me - of course when you see the models for the charts, you suddenly need to buy them, lol. See it’s what they interpreted,we nearly all think the worst ,it’s this society we live in .get well soon Lynn.😘
I have a few of the reindeer and I’m looking to get the lot. I cannot remember where I saw it but they had completed all of them and had them attached via red ribbon across the wall sleigh and all and I was hooked. I have the rest of the patterns to collect.
