amazing, so much technology and adcancement and still the handlebars look like something that was assembled in a garage.

I've about convinced myself to buy the Carrie. Thanks for the reviews.

Great video from you guys as so often. Walking through all the bike steps and showing more detail than the manufacturer does.

I just ordered a Packster. The CT version is only rated for 15kg on rear, while the hard tail is 28kg. I wish the CT had the same weight rating. I also wish it had the rohloff option like the Load. But even still these are excellent bakfiet. I know some say they are over priced, but I think the price is justified. Cheaper bakfiet exist but have various compromises that I don’t prefer. (Though the Bosch smart system seems over priced compared to system 2.)

Did they finally fix the issues with the child cover and your hands hitting it when trying to turn?

Unfortunately, no way to park these safely in NYC. I wouldn't want to park it outside under a motorcycle cover. Otherwise these bikes are fantastic to ride and great for hauling kids and cargo.

Oonnee or something like it needs to be rolled out throughout the city.

@@LoveToday8Do cargo bikes fit in those? Japan has paid parking locations that are privately run. That seems to be a good system.

@@danddietzI think this particular bike wouldn't be compatible, upon further investigation. There's definitely a need for safe bike infrastructure on many levels and parking is one of them. That's cool a private market has sprung up in Japan.

I don’t see the point of a chain and cassette on such a cargo bike. Carbon belt drive all the way with an Enviolo hub. Last a lot longer and easier to
    Maintain!

Agreed. They’re trying to keep the price down. If you go with all the options AND the hub the price is almost $20K. I think that’s also why they don’t offer the rohloff.

A chain and cassette will likely last thousands of miles, especially this one.
