What Wrigleyville Bar's missed the list?
I had a good time at Cubby Bear, but that was back in 2014

@@CurtisKolbe that place is awesome! Almost went there but ran out of time (got to drunk and needed food lol) did you that was the first place that Dave Grohl ever saw live music! Just read that in his bio and thought it was cool

Next time for dive bars you got to go to Wrigleyville North. Been going there for years and has the lovely dive feel.

Wrigleyville North is a definite good dive bar. I was in there with a group in 2016, and the bouncer and a drunken patron got into a scuffle.
if you want Dive Bars . You have to go to a Tigers opening day . just walk two blocks in any direction. Went to midsummer Sunday afternoon game wondered away from the park and found a Bar where the barback was scrubbing the blood of the sidewalk from the night before.
now that sounds awesome. It's been too long since I've made it to a Tigers game. I need to get back soon

Should've kept going South on Clark, Jake's Bar two blocks down in a fantastic dive bar.
racist jakes! I used to live right by that spot and loved it. Decided to quite going when the owner kept using the N word on facebook. Cool bar, just wish it was owned by a different dude.
Exactly the kind of bar that I choose to ignore in Lakeview.

Great stuff. I was curious about the bars in Wrigleyville. I plan on seeing the Mariners at Wrigley in April and will definitely hit up these spots for sure.
thanks buddy! There's also some great spots that I didn't film that are north of the stadium too if you wanna check'em out. Yaksies (I think im spelling it wrong lol) and G-Man tavern are pretty cool too. Enjoy your trip dude. hahaha starts with good friends then I just look up at least one dope thing to do every weekend and make it happen. Always say yes to adventures!
What time do the bars open on day games?
It all depends on the bar. The best bet is to check their social media or google but in general a lot of the bars will open pretty early on game days.
