Grok and gpt are not responsible for image recognition, they just interpret results from something like a huggingface model.

Grok must have been trained (tuned) on OpenAI created content so it simply means when you ask Grok, you are asking OpenAI which will remain the much better version, unless the reader is an Elon fanboy and believes in remotely-controlled humanoid robots.

You have no basis for this. What "content"? Even with the same training data differing models will produce vastly different responses, but eliminating the error in pattern recognition may lead a layman to mistake a newer AI for being built on an older one.
