I’m a 133 years old and I love jungle.. It keeps me from decaying ;)✊🏼
Your arms are so smooth and soft!?
@@greatestytcommentator Not too bad yeah 😎
Yes same here 😁
@@lamarrjones104 🙏🏼😎
Woww Samee!!
45 and privileged to have been there at the very start of this fantastically magic music. 90-91 I was handed a tape with what I was told was 'Beats' and I should listen, I was 14. Never looked back. 🔥👌🙏
Hell yeah!! The best times. Where you ever in San Francisco?
San Francisco was a good time. The music was full of enthusiasm.
I was 13 it was the first edge pack for me 93 I was a bit young for this. Always loved jungle. D&b on steds
You have 5 years on me but my story is similar starting in 96 to about 2003 or whenever the scene went to hell! At least where I'm from in the Chicago, Indianapolis, Detroit, and Ohio. Nothing will compare to warehouse parties in the 90s and dnb was like heroin for my ears! I listen to dnb absolutely everyday at work making brass instruments. And I live the lifestyle still. Everyday junglist baby!
Eeeeyeaaahhh ! 46 here - those were the days! Feel privileged as well to be a part of such a fun, supportive music scene. 90's rave parties were incredible!
Im 56 and has been a Reggae DJ since 1985. I still listen jungel and DnB 🎉❤ Love the club vibe - big up
❤
1997 - 2001 some of the most fun times of my life. Rave life was peaceful and amazing
94-03
Daaaaaaaaamn...
1997 was some of the naughtiest times in dance mucsic.
Devillishly good music though
Being a club kid really was the best!
Brings back some memories! 35 and still love going old school. ❤
You know that!!! Big up!!
I'm 46 and making new oldskool beats right now in 2020. Would love to know what you think.

I'm 4535 and this music brings back so many old school memories, it's still got it! Kids these days suck! never gets old
Just turned 25 and recently discovered this style of electronic. Much love from Canada
I'm 42 and this brings back many great memories! Old school jungle bass head and its almost 2021 😎👊
You will love ours then!
52 and still into the club seen, yes old man dad dancing, but lucky to experience the music from late 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s music. None of the modern stuff comes close to the variety, originality, and feeling it gave us in the clubs, raves or on holiday of experiencing the new styles first time round. Get a time machine and go back to the early days of dance, club, house, rap, hip hop, acid, jungle and raves in the UK and clubs scene in Ibiza when it first started, then you know you have lived.
The reason you feel that way is because when your body is young it produces much more dopamine when you experience new things, your body simply can't do that no more.
Then you are not going to the right clubs, underground events or festivals. You will only get the experience you seek, if you are going to generic clubs, then don’t expect anything other than club, pop dance music. Have to run in the right circles to get the good raves. The world is plentiful of talented underground artists and good raves. The underground is still underground, you need to know where to look.
TheCreativeMale I’m a very jealous 23 year old!! I believe you’re era had it pretty good.. most modern dnb I hear in clubs is absolute shite, cold empty and hollow! Can’t beat the the texture and warmth you feel with that older stuff.. it always take you on a journey instead of try hard drop after drop
@@MUTINYBEAST get out of the internet and youre era will be good
no diss
41 this year and still feel blessed to have been part of this era... jungle music all day 🔥🔥🔥🔥
going 44, the same!
Word! 41 and lucky enough to have experienced these bangers in NYC in my teens. These kids will never know !!
@@boscobear123 wow you from new York? Didn't know jungle was a thing over there that's awesome
Believe it or not yes! Always stayed underground but hell yea we rinsed out.
Back in our day you had to be invited to raves, then had to follow the clues to find out where it was. This genre will never know. The treasure hunt was epic 💕🌻
I’m 44.. still got all my records from 93 onwards.. still buzz when hearing these tunes 🙏🏻
Martin James dope Iam 42 grew up in SoCal my record s come from those stores 97 onwards drum n bass into jungle later years

So many people that were raving to this back in 90's are here! Even though I wasn't born then and could not experience all of this, I can still enjoy the sound in modern day. Have a good listen, jungle boi
lion gets lost in the jungle, cuz jungle is massive!
NFL
I think you meant "Junglist Massive". The amount of people who get this wrong is fucking amazing.
You could not have mucked that joke up more... lol
but the jungle is massive , he's right .
@@orsonincharge4879 lions don't live in the jungle..

SELEKTAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
don't apologize for the quality of the mix, its incredible. apologize for the amount of ads play during it!
ublock origin is your friend
imagine watching ads in 2020
adblock = no ads
Ublock or adblock or both... if you're on pc of course ;)
They shouldn't apologize for something they didn't do, the music publishers put ads on these videos.
JUNGLE will never die,,,LOVE THIS
That beat at the 5 minute mark , what a kick ass beat 😉
im 35 from siberia russia, its good mix, i listened it in my youth. Dj zinc, aphrodite, dj hype - really classics of dnb.
DJ Zinc - Super Sharp Shooter [Remix] is a alltime classic damn nice
Drum n bass/ dubstep will always be where I found my soul , nothing comes close to the underground. im a mommy now so a lot has changed but nothing takes away the memories. The beats still rule the house and i shuffle around hahaha
was 5 when my dad showed me these i fell in love with drum and bass back then and still listening to the old school at 23
I'd love to know what the younger generation thinks of the new oldskool tunes we are producing right now in 2020. Have a listen and let me know what you think :)
Man it would’ve been amazing to have grown up in 🇬🇧 in the mid 90’s... wish the states would’ve embraced Jungle more than it did!
It was the best time of my life 93 98.
@@fozzerbench Agreed that was a golden era.
You had the best hip hop during that era which never filtered through to the UK at the time, although this music is my roots its a fair trade.
Florida had a grate jungle seen for years State side collective in the early 2000's seen every one from Diesel boy to A sides, crust and die Jhon B shy FX in tampa, ahh miss those days
Mate, you missed the wickedest time.. Dark and dingy jungle rooms over the cheesy cheesecore main arenas all day long. What an era!
20 yrs later still slamming these bangers
Jungle RuLeS!!! Underground never die" !
This takes me back to the time I heard this half an hour ago
Love how it's not nauseous-ly repetitious evolves with such smooth bridges make your body move to the groove 👌👍🤪
Great mix! I used to have the BEST jungle CD & it was taken out of my car (along with my other CD's)! I'll never forget that to this day because I was never able to find one like it again:/ I long for it haha, one day I'll hear it on one of these mixes:) Thanks for sharing!
I know the feeling. Ive been looking for tiger beats 6 since highschool.
Cd ! Where the mixtape !
Oh man, this is perfect! especially 30:00 that rolling baseline!
Slow Cut You’re right 30:00 was insane man
Dj rap - meets da boss
Such a good tune ❤
Hit the scene in 92. Quest in Wolverhampton was the 1st and for me 92 to 95 were the best years. I feel when the split came we lost the old skool. When happy hardcore and jungle etc were in together on the night it was better
tears on my eyes 👀
classics...
Amazing mix! I'm just getting into this genre after many years of staying exclusive to rock and I'm having a lot of fun. I love the Amen break and can't have enough of it.
+Brian Peraza Take a listen to Dom & Roland - The Big Bang full album. Different style as more modern but it is awesome.
I would reccomend Bladerunner for good current jungle. Dom & Roland are more industrial and plain dnb rather than jungle - check out back to the jungle by bladerunner
if that "Amen break" pressed a button in yer head...come in sit down, you're one of us now....all of this is yoooouurs!
listen to straight outta compton
Amen4life!!!
Oh sweet lord, the memories! Smoking sticky icky with ya best mates, skanking around in a garage, care free and joyous! Junglist massive!!!
You know that!! Big up!!
Love this mix! :)nice classics and not the ones you hear all the time..
Still pop out nowadays at 46 still roll with a few of the lads ic3 , Nicky etc ...this mix is tight

After hours at club Shelter, stretch Armstrong and Bobito on the radio....
Awwww shit all the memories come flooding back! Big hug and love to all!
Same here, some of these tunes are such an integral part of my youth
taking me back to old skool London
You know that.
Jump around, nuff said. I am also 560 years old but jungle was around then and will be in the future. BIG UP UK
This is bringing back so many great memories.
Indeed!! Making sure they never go away!! This was a golden era!! So proud to have lived that era!! Big up!!
this is proper old school d+b loving it dope !!
when real DJs were still at work
@Paul Osc Slots Wrong. When this music came out it was music for ravers. This stuff could be heard in abandoned warehouses and the kind of clubs you just knew would probably be shut down in the not too distant future. All the hipster types I knew about were more into the whole coffeeshop indie/alternative thing. Ravers enjoyed looking at pretty colors and lights that may or may not have been real. Hipsters enjoyed watching the newest episode of Friends. Get your facts straight son.
@Paul Osc Slots And there I was getting all preachy and everything. Lol, you're okay my man. It happens.
@Paul Osc Slots okpppplppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp
@@davidthomas4742 glad that's all cleared up then.

Wicked tunes, wicked set... Took me straight back to the 90s..... Badman!
so glad i discovered this genre
First years in london england , gud vibes
My youth spend in abandoned warehouse raves in Graz and Vienna Austria. Feeling nostalgic during this pandemic... I even think about going to a dnb rave, but I listened to what is considered jungle and dnb these days, and well... Not my cup of tea
I imagine heaven like this, nonstop dance to jungle or your favorite tunes with infinite energy and great people around... actually few times high on something I visited that place in my trip, that exists...
Thanks for bringing Aphrodite back into my life missed that goddess
Still listening 2019 🔥🔥👊🏻👍🏻

LOVING the nods to chemical brothers!!!
Yo bruvva sound quality might not be all that, but the mix/selection is quality. Peace and blessings
well thru my krk rokits its sounding quality bruv
Im 28 and been loving jungle since I was 15, I would loved to live that era!
Haha next year 60 years old and i love the vibe all that kind of sound keep you younger and strong in my mind...Love
Watching the debates put this on downloaded some drivers and I'm still in the jungle. DnB Jungle TronicMusic and all its subgroups really get me in a now flow state. It takes you to a good place and all that. the drums are primal from the first communities on earth they were used for all kinds of stuff. before the bell and the horn the string there was the drum. This movement has been around in some capacity since the mid 80's. I mean that when I first heard it. I chic I know didn't like this music actually a few I l never trusted far less after that. You don't EmD I cant with you. You won't understand the overall implications of a soul-crushing world whos only motivation is to eat you digest you and shit you out, and the only thing that makes it tolerable is some good music and a good system to hear it out of. Thanks
Stereopatetico for this mix and all the artists who put this together this has been a most bangin affair Rah!
Gives me Flash backs! 👍
This mix is iconic!
Im 56 and love love love is all you need embrace music food of all love peace and sweet harmony
Im 42 and still loving dis
Big up the 40s crew. We lived it and enjoyed it.
Wasn't into music as a youth......found a groove rider tape, put it in my hi fi and that's that. Jungle went exactly as hard as I needed.
wicked mix
This still kicks A$$ in 2020. Mad props to you for incorporating Prodigy and old school Chemical Bros in tha mix!!!!

Cheers yo!
Que belleza de género 😎
sick mix, love it 👊
hell yeah. this mix bounces. old jungle always
I'm 42 - this is legendary. Little "Human Traffic" number early on!
i cant believe people prefer jump-up dnb over this thunder
and we are making tunes in the style of 92 - 95 if you fancy checking them out and letting me know what you think...
Hoàng Đặng do you love the jungle sound?
Is right, i can make better music clanging bin lids together than that jump up shite
To be honest, I don't prefer one genre over the other. I appreciate the different styles and all I hear on both sides is, that the other one is trash😂
Can you all calm down a bit and enjoy this amazing mix~
I started mixing back in 06’ 07’ times, my first vinyl purchases were tracks like power of Ra era, what I absolutely love about dnb is the versatility, I only mix on my iPhone now for personal enjoyment but as an example just the other day I mixed Truly one (a track from 96’) with dominator- bomb squad, the endless possibilities of unique and never done before mixes is fucking amazing!
Эх..... моя молодость !!!!!
