Hi Glen, If you were referring to the older generation V6's you'd be correct. However the new Generation Volvo's with duo prop drive have substantially more torque than previous generations. I did get to test ride this vessel and it performed very well with no issues getting on plane. Having said that if your looking for a rocket to achieve a top end speed over 40 knots this would not be the boat. It a cruise,r with a max speed of 34knots. Thanks again for your contribution.😁👍
