As a long time "cysto" tech, I am very confused by your set-up. You have a cysto lense and cystoscope sheath (you call it a trocar??), but you also have an iglesius and a resectoscope visual obturator, and you also said that you have a syringe for a wire????%$#@ Are you doing a bladder stone lithography? Are you doing a ureteroscopy for a stone, stricture, or tumor? Are you doing a prostate vaporization with laser? Also, I ALWAYS assemble the cystoscope with the 30° lens (always a 30 never a 0, I think you had a 0 on your table), and the bridge. I never let my surgeons assemble them because it's my job to have everything prepared.
