I am a woodworker and many years ago I was taught how to deal with them when I apprenticed. We all listened for the phrase- "Sorry we could not accommodate you, have a nice day", and that was our codeword for one of us to quickly interrupt the boss and drag him away to an important call while another apprentice MADE CERTAIN to walk the customer to their car and watch them drive away. GREAT SYSTEM. I learned years later to be certain to get then names of problem customer and keep a record- these jokers are known for sending family and friends to help their cause.
