- A really useful and popular move in freestyle is the reverse crossover - and today our resident freestyle expert, PWG, will try to teach our resident not-so-much-of-an-expert-yet JayMike how to do that particular move. Once you get the hang of it, it's actually pretty easy to pull off, so put in the hours and show us if you made it by uploading a clip of you doing the trick on Instagram and tagging it with #unisportlife.
