Umaro even at lv 99 still SUCKS so I'll never use him I'll always use 4x Flame shield users since the best way to SELF heal is by using a Merton using Rage yourself Gau only while Gogo uses a different rage then Gau.

Shell spell (1/2 damage) + really good armor (Snow Muffler, Tao Robe and Paladin Shield all have some of the highest magic defense values in the game)
