it's not mentioned(none in comments prior to mine too), but Siyu's running time is commendable despite not passing the static stations. It kinda reflects how the male IPPT are too, some are good at running but flop at static, and vice versa. so i think Siyu will do exceptionally well for the half-marathon
Why no Q???? Sit-ups were my forte back when IPPT was a must for me. I'd average 60-66 per minute, though my highest was 72. But there's really no point doing so many for the IPPT. Same goes for any segment that grades by count. Cos once you hit the max score, any extra rep doesn't give you a bonus and just wastes your energy. Keep it for the run....lol. Isaac should have done a Steve Rogers each time he passed the girls.....lol......"on your left", except he would say "on your right"....hahaha...
siyu is literally me in PE. i can barely do situps and push ups and for sec 4 napfa 2.4km i clocked about 17 min. from sec 2 2.4km i improved so for me is not bad

Incorrect, with the new system, you are allowed to fail any one of the station as long you hit the requirements of total points. The old system requires you to pass every station.
Ok....girls, it can be done. I ran a whole marathon without training for it AT ALL. Really zero training. I finished it in just under 6 hours. Disclaimer though: I was much younger than I am now, and at that time, I had always played sports on a regular basis, average 5-6 days a week kind. But I don't recommend following what I did. Really do at least train a bit, cos the day after the run, my knees hurt so much I could hardly walk for the whole day.
