Where are the brochures online? I don't seem to see it and was told have to come to the showroom to get more details. Salesmen sending to you cos you are their list of preferred clients maybe? Last check I can't find it online.
Different projects use different contractors and has different variables. The logo of the company means little when people move around, contract awards have different bidders etc. don't look at logo when you buy properties, look at how strong the company is, how good the location is, the entrance, parking, walkways, surrounding environment etc.
May i ask how much is the smallest unit?

bro, SDP subcon is terrible compared with other reputable developers...leakings is..just the beginning. dun just see model units
