Nice for one person. Good idea to have the sink above the washing machine! Plus I like how much light is entering the place! But the shower is going to be a mess. I need something to not get the toilet wet :)

that's the Mystery Recap background music it made the video look scary, i love the overall design ad layout tho, im fond of small house designs (3 x 3 or 3 x 4 )

I would close the whole bedroom with that wood half tall bar having a half door above the star, pushing the mattress there so u can make a cloth closet in the back

Se acordar de um pesadelo você bate a cabeça no teto, desmaia e volta a dormir.
I think the bathroom needs to do some work. You can combinate the Toilet unit with a sink with an extendable water key. If you do that you avoid 2m square of construction. Besides you will change your kitchen with two units stove, small fridge under any cabinet, another cooler fridge under a cabinet as well. There are some ideas, I just want to improve your design which I found great and efficient.

normalmente quem faz uma casa desse tamanho não tem esse espaço todo. senão não faria nessa s medidas. e pelo tamanho do terreno provavelmente não podem por janelas nas laterais do terreno. quem construiria uma casa dentro de um ovo de codorna. no espaço de um ovo de galinha 🤦🤦🤦
e vc viu o cara tem uma casa de 4 metro de altura , ai fica facil. quero ver o cara com espaço onde so tem a porta e janela de uma altura de 2,80 fazer um mesanino.
