Hey I had an idea back with another tournament and maybe you can do a showa era kaiju tournament Showa kaiju such as megalon, showa goji, mecha showa, Kumonga, manda, etc
The burning could have totally beam spammed but idk why would he go close to the ultima. He just had to stay away from the ultima then he could easily land 3 beams or more on the ultima before the ultima gets close, and he would be able to win, approaching the ultima during the beam means that he gave up his beam spam chance, and he couldnt get close enough before the beam ended so he stood no chance. The mecha who lost to the gozilla 21 also should have kept distance, beam at 1st then missiles, he messed up and lost the beam chance, then he got approached and died
