- I photographed Ningle Terrace at night, surrounded by warm light amidst a flurry of snow.
Ningle Terrace is a shopping area in front of the New Furano Prince Hotel, where log houses stand side by side in a natural setting, each exhibiting and selling unique handmade artwork.
Ninguru" refers to the dwarfs (fairies) who live in the forest that appear in the works of screenwriter Satoshi Kuramoto, and as you walk along the promenade, you feel a mysterious atmosphere as if little fairies might appear from the side of the path.
If you go deeper into the forest, you will find the popular coffee shop "Forest Clock," which appeared in the TV drama "Gentle Time," where you can enjoy a cup of delicious coffee,
and "Soh's BAR," a stylish adult retreat with a masonry exterior, further into the forest.
