A few minutes after I made this video, I saw an inflatable dinghy TOWING ANOTHER INFLATABLE dinghy, and the "another inflatable dinghy" being towed had the same color pattern and motor type as the dinghy these people were driving. It was a timing that would be consistent with if the people in this video went to there boat, forgot to tie their dinghy to their sailboat, then their dinghy drifted away, then someone in another inflatable dinghy got to it and towed it Key West Bight marina. I do not care if these folks park a boat anywhere, just so long as it is not in my GPS anchor swing circle and won't bump into me.
