The teaching is wonderful but why do we slash the back both ways and just once for the front? I would really appreciate it if my question is answered. Thanks in anticipation

Front don't have tail
Front have flare sideways
But back have tail and sideways (flare)

Join the zip side first with the allowance u added then place back and front trim out excess and join with the allowance u added also
