Where do you get the motivation to do any of this.....I have a 3 month old and barely get anything done. It’s like I can either sleep or do things

I definitely feel that! It has helped me to have plenty of rest time and allowing myself grace. To hold reasonable expectations and being okay if I didn’t make things happen that day. It gets so much easier when everyone gets sleep, so we prioritize that at our house haha!
