MR is short for "medium rank". As an MR/HR you are the admins of the group. This means that if someone is acting up it is your job to do something about it. You can also stand around and answer any workers/customers questions. Even sometimes if they are low on staff you can work.

Just be yourself and btw to be super active you just have to play the game for 10-15-20 mins every day!
