It seems like the brake is what you needed to get back into the swing of things best of luck and stay healthy and strong 🙏 you should drink two or three ensure shakes a day they're extremely healthy and will help put weight on you we give them to a lot of patients in the hospital I went to the ER having problems and they couldn't believe what they saw when they run all the tests they came back that I'm actually malnourished can you believe that in this day and age? The doctor said it's practically unheard of in this day and age but there was anyway try the ensure shakes I promise they will help❤
