Gojo isn't a side character :/ as it says here Gojo is what makes the world of Jujutsu turn. He is the reason why curses are staying hidden and that’s why the story and main curses are so focused on him. Megumi, Kugisaki and Itadori are still main characters but Gojo is just the biggest threat to all the curses
