    Congratulations!!! For your next video, can you and Chanse each share what your visions for a wedding are, and maybe a small detail that each of you definitely want to include? 😘😘

    Congrats for choosing an ethical lab grown engagement ring. I like the idea that moissanite is not a symbol of love from a slave labor. Your ring is absolutely gorgeous, gal! Love and blessings to you and your fiancé. Greetings from BR. New sub.

    Same!! I went into a random jewelry store (well he surprised me and said today we are ring shopping) turns out im 4.25 too any ring i choose would need to be custom made. We went home i researched long story short i decided I wanted a 2ct center however I personally cannot fathom him spending 20k on a ring... I got a demi solitaire 2ct and matching band from brilliant earth. It was pulling teeth before he agreed to get me a moissanite. He said well if you get a moissanite then the setting has to be top notch. Im one happy woman!!! Can't wait for him to pop the question both engagement and wedding band are a little over 6k after taxes.

      Lol you could have gotten a 2 ct ethical lab-grown diamond that is the same chemically as a natural diamond for $5k+. James Allen sometimes has e-rings for that low. I know because I'm always on their site lol

    Are you able to wear the ring when washing dishes or swimming for long periods of time?

    • @AvaElizabeth
      @AvaElizabeth 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can treat moissanite the same way you would treat a diamond. I personally take mine off when doing dishes and would when swimming too, but I know some people dont. I’m more concerned about the gold getting banged up than the moissanite

      @@AvaElizabeth Okay, thank you! I'm most likely going to get it with a platinum band.

      @AvaElizabeth I learned the hard way that pool chemicals will eat at the gold, prongs become weak and brittle... after years of cleaners and pool chemicals, the gold can give way. One of my 6 prongs pulled away when I snagged a sweater, and I could easily push it back. My moissanite setting is getting replaced in its entirety... all new gold... after 20 years. It is important to remove any rings with prongs settings when cleaning or swimming!
